We are excited to announce that we will be distributing the Comprehensive Preventive Services Brochure at the Auburn City Market, located at Town Creek Park. The brochure lists all the preventive services covered by Medicare including the "Welcome to Medicare" visit and Yearly "Wellness" visits. It describes what these preventive services are, when to get them, and the benefits of completing the services.
